Zoovu Group\u2019s entities act as joint controllers of Users Personal Data. For further information about our joint controller arrangement, please contact us at: legal@zoovu.com.<\/p>\n\n<p>Users will find in this privacy policy (\u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d) the rules that Zoovu applies when processing information that directly or indirectly allows for the identification or identifiability of Users (\u201cPersonal Data\u201d), when Users use the Website, the Services or the Platform. This Privacy Policy applies to any personal data that Zoovu processes as a data controller under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, including data of our Website visitors, personal data processed as part of the provision of our Services and Platform when Zoovu is the controller and contact details and other personal data of our customers, except for personal data of our employees.<\/p>\n\n<p>By accessing and using the Website, the Services and the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy, which may be amended or updated from time to time without prior notice. All amendments or updates will be posted on the Website. Users have the right to learn if Personal Data is being processed by Zoovu, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of Personal Data undergoing processing;<\/li>\n\n<li>Verify and seek rectification.
