Semantic StudioTM

Semantic Studio Full is Zoovu’s core capability focusing on cleaning, enriching and adding contextual meaning to content so that it can be conversation ready and used to deliver intent based conversational assistants. Semantic Studio helps make content navigable by adding a semantic layer (graph) that can be accessed by an API to drive sophisticated AI based conversations.

Semantic StudioTM includes:

  • Semantic ML for Content Enrichment: Access Zoovu’s ontology library to fill in content gaps and automatically organize it so that it can be machine-readable and used to deliver rich meaningful conversations that people understand
  • 1 Full Update per Day: One Full Update per day to assure that content and product data processed within Zoovu is synchronized and in line with your data sources
  • Academy & Knowledge Base: Access to training content and supporting materials to ensure ease of use of Zoovu’s platform.
  • 9 to 5 Support (Mon.-Fri.): Access to online support from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Semantic StudioTM add-ons*:

  • AI Classifier: Zoovu’s AI Classifier automates the data tagging and enrichment process, reducing the need for lengthy and manual tasks. Classify a small sample of products and let the Zoovu AI do the rest.

Volume based mandatory add-ons:

  • Number of Documents: The number of processed content within Semantic Studio. This includes SKUs, content pages, PDFs and product data. Document upload/storage capacity is purchased in tranches and is nonrefundable.

Conversation StudioTM

Conversation Studio is a key component of Zoovu’s AI driven Conversational Commerce platform that provides the tools to design, build, deploy, optimize, scale and measure assistants such Digital Assistants and chat interfaces to help people find what they want with a Human TouchTM

Conversation StudioTM includes:

  • Conversation Designer: Design and build conversation flows with our easy-to-use designer interface.
  • Experience Designer: Customize the look and feel of digital assistants with no-code drag and drop design components.
  • Deployment: Easily generate integration codes to deploy conversational experiences across the user’s Web shop or CMS. Manage all integration codes from one central place.
  • Optimizer: Optimize digital conversations in real-time and access insights into best performing paths to help continuously optimize conversation for increased success and reduce the need for labor-intensive testing.
  • Product Insights: Understand product preferences such as which products are selling and why, what are the most and least preferred products.
  • Conversation Insights: Access insights into best and worst performing conversation paths, so experiences can be optimized to ensure they always lead to relevant and positive outcomes.
  • 2 GB content: Speed up assistant creation with 2 GB of image content storage space.
  • Academy & Knowledge Base: Access to training content and supporting materials to ensure ease of use of Zoovu’s platform.

  • Translator: Expand into global markets faster by automatically translating your conversational experiences in a few simple clicks, making it easy to expand the reach of each conversation with language localization capabilities, ensuring faster time to market and engaging cross-border selling.
  • Syndication: Zoovu’s syndication add-on has the capability to expand/scale a client’s digital experiences across their channel partner network (including retailers, OEM…) worldwide. It allows users to share conversational assistants with channel partners, publish optimizations across your network and get an overview of the overall performance across all regions in one easy to use dashboard.

Volume based mandatory add-ons:

  • Product Conversation API: Build effective product enabled conversational chat experiences across your chat framework with Product Conversation API. Generate product conversations and provide relevant recommendations based on the chatbot’s interaction to drive increased revenue.
  • Digital Assistant: A visually interactive experience that is deployed using click based assistants and that focuses on a questions & answers based conversation flow. Digital Assistants can include images, icons and text. 

Configuration StudioTM

Configuration Studio is a key component of Zoovu’s AI driven Conversational Commerce platform that helps users design, build, and deploy visual configuration experiences, ensuring buyers can visualize all aspects of the product for their needs and customize it to their specific needs.

Configuration studioTM includes:

  • Configuration Designer: An interface that helps create visual configurators providing buyers with the ability to customize products based on available products and compatible accessories.
  • Deployment: Easily generate integration codes to deploy conversational experiences across the users Webshop or CMS. Manage all integration codes from one central place.
  • 10 GB content for 2D models: Speed up configurator creation with 10 GB of image content storage space.
  • Academy & Knowledge Base: Access to training content and supporting materials to ensure ease of use of Zoovu’s platform.
  • 9 to 5 Support (Mon.-Fri.): Access to online support from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Availability is based on local times for CET, GMT & ET.

Configuration Studio TM add-ons*:

  • SAP CPQ plugin: Plugin for an enhanced Visual Configuration Experience in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP CPQ. SAP Plugin can consume relevant product information and product knowledge directly from an SAP ERP or S/4HANA system in real-time and without data replications to enable accurate product configurations within Configuration Studio, so users cannot select incompatible or non-applicable attributes for a configurable product, reducing errors and returns.
  • Syndication: Zoovu’s syndication add-on has the capability to expand/scale a client’s digital experiences across their channel partner network (including retailers, OEM…) worldwide. It allows users to share conversational assistants with channel partners, publish optimizations across your network and get an overview of the overall performance across all regions in one easy to use dashboard.

Volume based mandatory add-ons:

  • 3D Configuration: Zoovu’s 3D Model provides a more interactive configuration experience that allows buyers to rotate a product image for a full 360-degree view and shows them exactly what they will get from their product, including any customization features such as colors & added parts.
  • 2D Configuration: Create flat image visualizations, including customization feature such as color and additional parts, that shows one view/angle of the product.

Search StudioTM

Search Studio is a key component of Zoovu’s AI driven Conversational Commerce platform that helps create semantically enriched search engines to improve content visibility, boost relevant search results and provide buyers with the products and information they need.

Search StudioTM includes:

  • Document indexing: Easily index all your documents including PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Open Office files.
  • YouTube video indexing: Easily index all your YouTube channels to make them searchable for your customers and ensure you’re keeping them engaged.
  • Image Optimization: Increase user engagement by delivering high-quality images in the ideal format, size and resolution.
  • Log Retention: Search query logs are stored for up to 12 months.
  • In Search PDF Preview: Help customers discover content more efficiently by configuring the preview thumbnail of your PDFs, rather than a default PDF icon, so they can enjoy a better search experience
  • Analytics Dashboard: Powerful analytics that shows you exactly what your customers are looking for, when they’re looking for it, and what search results they click the most, as well as helping you stay on top of trends and evolving demands.
  • Academy & Knowledge Base: Access to training content and supporting materials to ensure ease of use of Zoovu’s platform

Value based pricing:

  • Search Queries p. month: The number of queries, per month, people enter in the search field or the selection of a suggested query, a refinement via filters or a re-ordering via the sorting options. Pagination or autosuggestion is not billed or counting against this quota.
  • Content Search: The ability to search for in-place content such as emails, documents (PDFs) and web pages in order to help employees and consumers find the content they need.
  • Navigation Queries: Provide additional support and guidance to customers on your web navigation by redirecting them to the recommended product category page according to their selection.

Subscription Variables:

  • Engagement p. month: The number of interactions per month that someone has with your digital assistant, 2D configurator and chat experiences.
  • 3D Models Calls: The number of models users are configuring with the 3D model design.
  • Additional 2D Model Storage Package: The cost associated with additional image content storage space for 2D configurators.
  • Additional 3D Model Storage Package: The cost associated with additional image content storage space for 3D configurators.
