Semantic Studio Service Packages

Small:

Professional Services team of Data Scientists and Semantic Engineers to support with initial data onboarding, cleansing and multilanguage-setup of Semantic ML for Content Enrichment framework for up to 5,000 SKUs, 20 attributes and up to 2 languages. Data to be provided either as static data file or automated data feed (CSV). Services Packages includes recurring maintenance (1 MD) of support throughout the year.

Medium:

Professional Services team of Data Scientists and Semantic Engineers to support with initial data onboarding, cleansing and multilanguage-setup of Semantic ML for Content Enrichment framework for up to 10,000 SKUs, 100 attributes and up to 5 languages. Data to be provided as static data file (CSV), automated data feed (CSV) or directly pulled from an API* or PIM* (requires Connector Service Package). Onboarding of XML files to be estimated by Zoovu (additional service fees may apply). Services Packages includes recurring maintenance of 3.75 MD of support throughout the year.

Large:

Professional Services team of Data Scientists and Semantic Engineers to support with initial data onboarding, cleansing and multilanguage-setup of Semantic ML for Content Enrichment framework for up to 15,000 SKUs, 200 attributes and up to 10 languages. Data to be provided as static data file (CSV), automated data feed (CSV) or directly pulled from an API* or PIM* (requires Data Connector Service Package). Onboarding of XML files to be estimated by Zoovu (additional service fees may apply). Services Packages includes recurring maintenance of 8.75 MD of support throughout the year.

Data Connector

Setup and configuration to connect to an external API or PIM system and to feed data directly into AI Semantic Studio. Service Package includes recurring maintenance of 7 MD of support throughout the year.

Conversation Studio Service Packages

Low complexity: Professional Services team of Platform Consultants, Customer Onboarding & Enablement Executives and Quality Managers to support from initial setup to go-live. Service Package applies to low complexity setups of up to 2 languages and up to 2 subcategories per Digital Assistants or Product Conversation APIs. Professional Services Team to support with building a conversation flow, data mapping, integration of Digital Assistant or Product Conversation APIs, implementation of Zoovu Sales Tracking Script, QA and QM. Services Packages include recurring maintenance of 0.5 MD per Digital Assistant or Product Conversation API of support throughout the year.

Medium complexity: Professional Services team of Platform Consultants, Customer Onboarding & Enablement Executives and Quality Managers to support from initial setup to go-live. Service Package applies to advanced setups of up to 5 languages and up to 5 subcategories per Digital Assistant or Product Conversation API that incorporate product bundles or require Syndication setup to deploy experiences across a retail partner network. Professional Services Team to support with building advanced conversation flows and data mapping strategies to support product bundles or Syndication, implementation of Zoovu Sales Tracking Script, QA and QM. Services Packages include recurring maintenance of 1.5 MD per Digital Assistant or Product Conversation API of support throughout the year.

Configuration Studio Service Packages

Low complexity: Professional Services team of Platform Consultants, Customer Onboarding & Enablement Executives and Quality Managers to support from initial setup to go-live. Service Package applies to setups with up to 3 configurable elements per 2D Configurator. Professional Services Team to support with building framework and logic for 2D Configurators, setup and integration of up to 1 Digital Assistant, integration of 2D Configurators, implementation of Zoovu Sales Tracking Script, QA and QM. Services Packages include recurring maintenance of 1 MD per 2D Configurator of support throughout the year.

Medium complexity: Professional Services team of Platform Consultants, Customer Onboarding & Enablement Executives and Quality Managers to support from initial setup to go-live. Service Package applies to advanced setups with up to 8 configurable elements per 2D Configurator and logic setup that allows to embed and replace 2D assets based on user selection. Professional Services Team to support with building framework and logic for 2D Configurators, setup and integration of up to 2 Digital Assistant, integration of 2D Configurators, implementation of Zoovu Sales Tracking Script, QA and QM. Services Packages include recurring maintenance of 2 MD per 2D Configurator of support throughout the year.

Service Package applies to complex setups with up to 12 configurable elements per 2D Configurator and logic setup that allows to embed and replace 2D assets based on user selection. Professional Services Team to support with building framework and logic for 2D Configurators, setup and integration of up to 3 Digital Assistant, integration of 2D Configurators, implementation of Zoovu Sales Tracking Script, QA and QM. Services Packages include recurring maintenance of 3 MD per 2D Configurator of support throughout the year.

SAP Plugin

Plugin for an enhanced Visual Configuration Experience in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP CPQ. SAP Plugin can consume relevant product information and product knowledge directly from an SAP ERP or S/4HANA system in real-time and without data replications to enable accurate product configurations within Configuration Studio, so users cannot select incompatible or non-applicable attributes for a configurable product, reducing errors and returns.

Integration with SAP reduces complexity and enables a smooth, stable, and secure integration into a client’s IT landscape, including seamless “Add to cart” and “Add to Quote” functionalities.

Service Package includes recurring maintenance of 12 MD of support throughout the year.
