Improve the digital customer experience on a global scale

With more customers buying appliances online, B/S/H wanted to elevate their customer experience and increase the effectiveness of their digital channels by improving product navigation and discovery.

After initially attempting to develop discovery experience solutions in-house, the manufacturer quickly realized that it was not scalable. It lacked sophisticated product content needed to build customer-centric product discovery experiences, would not offer the flexibility to make modifications easily, and ultimately would provide a rudimentary experience that would not reflect the level of customer experience B/S/H prided themselves on.

Deliver exceptional customer-centric product discovery experiences

Using semantically enriched product content created with Zoovu's AI Discovery platform, B/S/H has launched 100s of discovery experiences like web discovery assistants and visual configurators to educate and guide consumers. B/S/H is also one of the first brands to incorporate multiple assistants within a visual configurator to enable customers to customize an entire kitchen with their Kitchen Planner experience.

Within Zoovu, business users at B/S/H can easily update, duplicate and dynamically modify experiences based on regional differences and market-specific product availabilities to quickly scale and deploy effective product discovery experiences across their multiple brands.
